Our Advisory Board

Built with parents, carers and professionals.

Every standard on Ivy & Oak is shaped and reviewed by people who live and work with additional needs every day — not written in isolation.

Who They Are

Parents, carers and professionals — including occupational therapists, SENCos, speech and language therapists and therapeutic practitioners — working alongside families raising children with additional needs.

What They Do

Review and approve every accreditation application, and help shape the Three Tier Standards Framework so it reflects real, lived experience — not guesswork.

Why It Matters

Every standard on Ivy & Oak has been designed and tested by people who understand what genuine inclusion looks like, from both a clinical and a family perspective.

Get Involved

We're always looking for parents, carers and professionals to help shape our standards. If that's you, we'd love to hear from you.

In Their Words

Why our board members got involved.

“As a mum of 2, both autistic and having ARFID, this just felt right. Going out day to day is so challenging and having something like this in place for businesses would be incredible!”
